Membership

The Fine Print:

This Membership pricing plan, may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Membership may not be paid for with gift cards purchased during promotions. Memberships are automatically charged to your credit card once per month or once per year, based on client’s preference. When you agree to the membership, you are agreeing to a yearly commitment. When the 12-month commitment concludes, your membership will auto-renew if we don’t hear from you to terminate it.

Memberships are not transferable. We are happy to provide a copy of this Membership Agreement, including all terms and conditions, prior to your purchase or upon request. 

Radiance by Roller reserves the right to change its policies and pricing at any time upon reasonable written notice.

Undersigned Client Acknowledges:

• This contract may not be cancelled by the client and contains the guest’s full and complete understanding of its terms. 30-day notice of cancellation is required. If the client fails to notify Radiance by Roller 30 days prior to next billing cycle, client understands they will be charged for the following month.
• Service credits not used in one month carry over from month to month until the end of the contract. At that time, all unused services will expire within 30 days. Services not used will be forfeited at that time and are non-transferable.
• The client acknowledges upon signing that he/she has read this contract and hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of this agreement.
• Radiance by Roller recommends scheduling appointments 4 weeks in advance for best selection of time and service provider.
• It is understood that services are not transferable.
• The client may choose to upgrade to a higher tier of membership during the course of their annual contract. The difference in price between the client’s current tier and that of the higher tier will be paid to upgrade. This will NOT extend the length of the contract, but instead will continue to expire at the original expiration date as the initial membership contract.
• As stated above, a client may choose to upgrade their membership at any time, but cannot move to a lower tier of service until their membership expiration date.
